Michael Page International seeks a Head of Finance Operations in Milan to own fund finance, transaction operations and financial control across private markets activities. You will coordinate with the AIFM, fund administrator, accountants and auditors to ensure accurate, audit-ready records from deal closing through investor reporting.

The role oversees NAVs, fees and cash flows, annual audits, and investor reporting, while driving process improvements and maintaining strong controls.

Competenze

• 6–10 years of relevant experience across fund finance/operations.
• Hands-on experience with closed-ended fund reporting, capital calls and audits.
• Strong working knowledge of Luxembourg private-fund structures (SCSp/RAIF) and AIFM mechanics.
• Fluent English and Italian; French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own the day-to-day fund finance relationships with the AIFM, fund administrator, accountants and auditors.
• Review NAVs, management fees, carried-interest calculations, capital calls, distributions, investor balances and cash reconciliations for accuracy.
• Coordinate the annual audit, valuation timetable and fund-finance calendar with AIFM, administrator and advisers.
• Lead investment closings and investor onboarding workstreams: KYC/AML, funding notices, bank controls and post-close records.
• Own cash planning, budgeting, payroll coordination and monthly management accounts.
