State Street is seeking an experienced Loan Officer, VP, in Milan to structure, underwrite, negotiate and manage credit arrangements for new and existing transactions within Fund Finance. The role includes portfolio oversight and cross-functional collaboration across Credit Risk, Legal and Operations in a hybrid setup with three days in the office.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Fund Finance lending experience and strong credit analysis, negotiation and regulatory knowledge of EU/UK

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maths.
• MBA or CFA a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Structure, underwrite, negotiate and manage credit arrangements for new business and renewals.
• Provide effective portfolio oversight and management reporting.
• Communicate effectively on specific business initiatives and client transactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Credit Risk, Legal, GCF Loan Operations and GCF Middle Office on various issues.
