Generali AI Software Engineering & Agentic Development is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own product verticals across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. Expect to architect scalable systems, ship end-to-end features, and push AI-driven development using agentic tools.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• 6+ years of full stack engineering experience with depth across backend and frontend.
• Strong Python backend skills: REST API design, async, ORM, testing, production ops.
• Solid React and TypeScript with Tailwind CSS; own frontend stack independently.
• AWS fluency: Lambda, ECS, RDS/Aurora, S3, SQS, CloudFront; IaC (Terraform/CDK).
• Experience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Italian C2 plus English at least B2.

Mansioni

• Design and implement backend services in Python (FastAPI), data models, and AWS integrations.
• Build and maintain React frontends with Tailwind CSS for quality and usability.
• Lead system design decisions: service boundaries, API contracts, data flows, infrastructure topology.
• Integrate AI/agentic components into the platform to accelerate development velocity.
