The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality control within performance footwear or sporting goods, strong attention to detail, fluent English, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, with willingness to travel 75% globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Quality Control or pattern making in performance footwear or sporting goods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of writing reports in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% of the time).

Responsabilités

• Inspect production samples for materials, colours, construction, fit, branding and technical specs.
• Carry out on-site inspections using measurement tools to approve or reject samples.
• Inspect packaging to ensure protection, presentation and brand alignment.
• Investigate root causes and propose corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams; track approvals and rejections.
• Communicate quality or packaging issues impacting production or delivery schedules.
• Maintain organised records of samples, inspections and documentation.
