Job summary

Rossignol is seeking a Footwear Industrialization Specialist at its Montebelluna R&D Center to translate product specifications into reliable manufacturing solutions for high-performance footwear. You will work with designers, suppliers and internal teams to develop lasts, components and production processes, ensuring quality, feasibility and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Training in footwear pattern making.
Excellent command of English.
Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.
Good knowledge of CAD software and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Contributing to the definition and development of footwear products in line with input from Designer and Project Leader.
Developing inputs and managing activities to create footwear, working with suppliers and/or internally, including lasts development, components development and product modifications.
Monitoring prototyping and sampling progress, ensuring aesthetic, functional and quality standards and deadlines.
Following fitting and product validation phases per quality standards and processes.
Managing field product validation through test teams and laboratory testing with suppliers.
