Job summary

Groupe Rossignol in Montebelluna, Italy, seeks a Footwear Industrialization Specialist to translate product specs into reliable manufacturing solutions. You will work with designers, suppliers and in-house teams to develop and industrialize high-performance footwear.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience, footwear pattern making training, strong CAD/Illustrator skills and fluency in English. Must be willing to travel within Italy and internationally, with a focus on quality and feasibility.

Qualifications

5+ years of previous experience in a similar role.
Footwear pattern making training required.
Strong listening, interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent command of English.
Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.
Good knowledge of CAD software and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Contribute to definition and development of footwear products with input from Designer and Project Leader.
Develop inputs and manage activities to create footwear with suppliers or in-house, including lasts and component development.
Monitor prototyping and sampling, ensure aesthetics, function, quality standards and deadlines; support pattern-making and industrial feasibility analyses.
Follow fitting and product validation per Rossignol quality standards and processes.
Manage field validation through test teams and laboratory testing with internal/external labs and suppliers; report results to Project Leader.
Manage prototypes, samples, storage and archiving; lead industrialization with suppliers.
