E.ON Italia in Milan seeks an experienced finance professional to join the AP/AR team, owning end-to-end billing, revenue accounting, and reconciliation across multiple entities using SAP S/4HANA.

You will ensure VAT compliance, Intrastat reporting, and adherence to IFRS/IAS, while collaborating with internal stakeholders in a global environment. A Bachelor’s in finance or accounting and strong English skills are required; the role is permanent and on-site in Milan.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS, VAT rules, and Intrastat reporting.
• Hands-on experience with AP/AR and reconciliation activities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA finance modules (FI/SD/MM/VIM).
• Excellent communication in English within an international context.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end billing and revenue accounting processes.
• Analyze, post, and reconcile mass billing and revenue data across entities.
• Steer revenue streams and ensure timely, compliant reporting.
• Ensure compliant supplier invoice processes in coordination with BSC.
• Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure VAT and Intrastat compliance.
• Map and improve AP/AR processes to support audits and transformation.
• Support ERP-related transformation projects with curiosity and adaptability.
• Communicate clearly in an international business context.
