Near-C S.r.l. in Torino is seeking a Lead Facilities Engineer to drive local strategic projects and guarantee seamless integration of project implementation with facility enhancements across mechanical and electrical systems.

The role includes developing standards, coordinating test-system installation, and defining requirements. You will lead maintenance strategies, ensure timely project execution, perform safety reviews, and apply data-driven methods for equipment selection and design.

Competenze

Experience with laboratory test equipment and devices.
Knowledge of scheduling and development activity planning.
Ability to learn and use new software systems; strong communication.

Mansioni

Lead locally new and strategic projects, ensuring full integration of project implementation with facility enhancements (mechanical/electrical systems).
Develop and maintain locally workplace standards, coordinate integration and installation of test systems and building projects.
Define technical contents to sustain the engineering complexity of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
Define, lead and implement maintenance strategy.
Develop Statement of Requirements for all project and systems.
Lead project plan and guarantee timing implementation of facilities engineering projects.
Conduct safety reviews and failure analysis of equipment design.
Use data-based approach for equipment selection and design.
Develop standards and support Laboratory Operations troubleshooting activities with root cause investigations.
