Job summary

Fendi is seeking a Senior Retail Merchandising Manager to align European store assortments with budgets and seasonal analysis. You will coordinate category buying estimates, validate assortments, and drive their execution across the European store network.

The role requires 5–7 years in luxury merchandising, strong market insight, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills. English fluency is essential; Italian is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of luxury product merchandising experience in retail.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of major luxury players and strong fashion sense.
• Ability to understand market trends and buying strategies.
• Excellent merchandising skills with attention to detail.
• Strong skills in analyzing sales and market data.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools; English fluency; Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate store assortments and quantities across categories.
• Coordinate buying estimates by category and by store.
• Contribute to and validate the buying plan by category and store.
• Drive assortment execution and in-store presentation across the network.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and participate in HQ business reviews.
• Support and train store teams to enhance selling techniques and category propositions.
• Act as a category ambassador to elevate in-store expertise and customer experience.
