Jacobs is seeking a Senior Estimating Engineer for its Milan office, responsible for estimating costs across large-scale industrial projects in pharmaceutical and building sectors. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of estimating principles.

This role offers a hybrid working policy, allowing you to work part-time in the office and remotely. The salary range is €54,000.00 to €67,500.00 gross per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Competenze

• Experience in estimating within the life science/chemical construction industry.
• Experience with EPCM projects is a plus.
• Proven experience developing estimates using top-down and bottom-up methodologies.

Mansioni

• Deliver estimating and cost engineering services across projects.
• Lead and develop project estimates with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct risk analysis and contingency calculations.

Conoscenze

Fluency in English and Italian

Analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills

Formazione

10+ years experience in estimating or quantity surveying
