InPost Italy is seeking a Senior Sustainability Specialist to coordinate and monitor local ESG activities in alignment with the Group Strategy and Sustainability Standards. The role ensures credible reporting, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across the market to support transparency and anti-greenwashing objectives.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, manage ESG committee activities, and work with Marketing to integrate sustainability into brand communications while keeping pace

Competenze

• Master's degree in economics, law or environmental sciences; professional experience in sustainability/ESG.
• 5+ years in sustainability/ESG, non-financial reporting or consulting; cross-functional project coordination.
• Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS and ESG regulation; strong data quality and governance experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and localise Sustainability Strategy, aligning with Group standards and market commitments.
• Lead ESG measurement, reporting cycles and data quality across functions; support external assurance.
• Ensure ESG governance, coordination and compliance; manage local ESG committee and regulatory monitoring.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with local institutions, NGOs and industry groups; translate feedback into actions.
• Drive collaboration and responsible ESG communication with Marketing; promote sustainability culture internally.
