UKA Group in Italy is seeking a highly organized Senior Environmental Specialist to support our wind and PV projects in Italy. You will perform environmental analyses, manage EIAs, and coordinate with technical teams.

The ideal candidate holds MSc in environmental field, 5+ years in environmental approvals for onshore wind PV, proficient in MS Office, QGIS, ArcGIS, fluent Italian and English, and willing to travel. Hybrid work options available.

Competenze

• MSc or equivalent in an environmental discipline.
• At least five years in environmental impact approval for wind/PV projects.
• Experience with acoustics impact assessment is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform environmental analyses for wind and solar projects during development.
• Prepare, supervise, and review EIA reports and related studies.
• Carry out environmental due diligences for project acquisitions.
• Work with development, electrical and civil teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits to identify environmental issues and mitigations.
• Review scopes of work and monitoring by third-party consultants.
• Support permitting and monitor regulatory developments affecting environment.
• Participate in stakeholder engagement and meetings with authorities.
