Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related experience with 10+ years.
• 2+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
• Strong organizational leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English.
• Understanding of the product development process.
• Familiarity with high-powered microwave generators and systems (preferred).

• Lead a technical team to deliver to product specifications, systematic design, PCB design, documentation, and test plan development.
• Foster a culture of innovation with data-driven problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with Plasma Solutions engineering group (US-based) on design of new and legacy products.
• Work with Product Marketing, PMO, and other cross-functional groups to meet customer expectations.
• Establish and manage budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Communicate technical information effectively in design reviews, failure analyses, and technical reports.

This group is responsible for the design, implementation, support, and characterization of complex semiconductor systems, and will be the primary focus of this leadership role.The Senior Engineering Manager will guide a team of experienced multi-disciplined engineers who play a critical role in R&D, New Product Introduction, and Sustaining Engineering.
