Oliver Wyman in Milan is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead high-impact energy and natural resources engagements. You will work with C-suite clients, advise on strategy, growth, and decarbonization, and drive business development across Italy and Europe.

You will mentor project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to recruiting and knowledge building within the ENR practice. This role requires travel within Italy and internationally.

Competenze

• At least 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or comparable advisory environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Energy & Natural Resources sectors (utilities, power & gas, energy infra).
• Strong track record leading complex strategy and transformation projects.

Mansioni

• Lead complex, high-impact engagements with C-Suite clients from problem definition to implementation.
• Advise senior executives and boards on strategic priorities (growth, transformation, energy transition).
• Build trusted client relationships and shape executive discussions across geographies and sectors.
