Oliver Wyman in Milan is seeking a Principal to lead transformative engagements for senior client teams in the Energy & Natural Resources sector across Italy and Europe. You will direct complex projects, develop client relationships, and help grow Milan and European practice; base salary 140,000–165,000 EUR gross per year, with discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or comparable advisory environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Energy & Natural Resources sectors (utilities, power & gas, energy infra, private capital).
• Strong record leading complex strategy and transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing, diverse teams.
• Fluency in Italian and English; willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.
