Oliver Wyman in Milan seeks an Engagement Manager to lead high-impact energy and natural resources transformations for Italian and international clients. You will work with Partners and Principals, shaping strategy and delivering results with rigor and impact.

You will manage problem definition, client relationships, and business development, guiding project teams, coaching colleagues, and ensuring delivery to the highest standard while contributing to recruiting and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 6-8 years in a top-tier strategy consulting or advisory firm.
• Deep Energy & Natural Resources sector expertise (utilities, power & gas, etc.).
• Strong record leading complex strategy and transformation projects.
• Proven commercial contribution and business development experience.
• Ability to lead and coach diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact engagements with C-suite clients from problem definition to implementation.
• Advise executives on strategy, growth, and energy transition priorities.
• Build trusted client relationships and shape executive discussions.
• Contribute to proposals, client development, and ENR practice growth.
• Direct and develop project teams with coaching and inclusive leadership.
