AVL Italia S.p.A. in the Marche region is seeking a Software Engineer to join the IT & Software function. The role covers design, development, integration, testing and maintenance of software, with emphasis on embedded systems and performance optimization.

The candidate should have 3+ years of software development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and fluent English. Occasional travel may be required, and the position is based in the Marche region with permanent contractual terms.

Competenze

At least 3 years of experience in software development.
Willingness to work in the Marche region for 12 months.
Strong problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset.
Team-oriented collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.
Good planning, organization and technical communication skills.
Fluent English in a technical environment.
Willingness for occasional business travel.

Contribute to system performance optimization and product improvement.
