Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Embedded Integration Engineer to drive software and system integration for automotive projects. You will lead Open Source governance, manage SCA tools, and streamline CI/CD processes across multidisciplinary teams.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in embedded software, strong FOSS analysis experience, and a solid grasp of open source licensing in commercial products. English at B2 level is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Embedded Software projects, preferably Automotive.
• Hands-on experience with FOSS analysis and SCA tools.
• Solid understanding of Open Source licensing models and their implications in commercial products.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good command of English (B2 level or above).

As a Mid/Senior SW Integrator & FOSS Manager, you will drive software and system integration for automotive-focused projects while leading Open Source governance and compliance. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, compliant software delivery and to streamline CI/CD processes. You’ll perform FOSS analyses, manage SCA tools, and shape governance strategies to align with Agile workflows. This role offers the opportunity to influence embedded software practices in a fast-growing, international tech environment. You will work closely with engineering, quality, and system teams to balance innovation with compliance and reliability.
