Camlin seeks a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer in Bologna to design, implement, and optimize real-time DSP and MCU firmware. You will guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure system performance while maintaining hands-on engineering involvement.

The role requires strong C/C++ skills, RTOS experience, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with the opportunity to grow into technical leadership within a global tech group.

Competenze

• Proven experience in embedded software on DSP and microcontrollers.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills and real-time constraints knowledge.
• Exposure to RTOS such as FreeRTOS or Zephyr and Agile methodologies.

Mansioni

• Design and implement real-time DSP/microcontroller firmware.
• Ensure latency and throughput meet strict requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and review designs and code.
