Power and Compute Company (PCC) seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the electrical systems across Pod, Module, and Shell products. You will drive architecture, technology selection, and detailed design from concept through prototype, testing, and production readiness, spanning LV and MV power systems and collaboration with mechanical/thermal teams.

You will work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership, delivering electrical foundations across the full product family

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical system design experience.
• Strong experience in LV and MV power distribution system design (up to 35 kV).
• Proficiency with electrical design tools such as EPLAN Electric P8 or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Experience with protection coordination, load flow analysis, and fault-level calculations.
• Solid knowledge of IEC/EN electrical standards.
• Experience designing power systems for industrial, energy, or infrastructure applications.
• Ability to work at both system architecture and detailed design levels.

Responsabilités

• Own the electrical system design of PCC’s Pod, Module, and Shell products end-to-end: architecture, design, testing, and validation.
• Develop single-line diagrams, schematics, cable schedules, protection studies, and panel layouts.
• Size and specify LV and MV power distribution, protection devices, switchgear, and cabling for industrial environments.
• Interface with battery energy storage, site power infrastructure, metering, and phase balancing.
• Define and drive electrical testing and commissioning from prototype to production release.
• Collaborate with mechanical and thermal teams to ensure enclosure-aware integration.
• Work with suppliers to specify, procure, and qualify electrical components.
• Maintain design documentation and revision control per engineering standards.
• Contribute to design reviews and cross-functional problem solving.
• Research and co-develop new electrical architectures with partners.
