McGregor Boyall is supporting a leading European data centre delivery organisation in appointing an Electrical Project Manager for a major project in Milan.

Role focuses on electrical construction delivery for large-scale data centre development, coordinating contractors and site teams, managing programmes, budgets and deadlines, and ensuring safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong electrical construction and project delivery experience.
• Background in an M&E/MEP contractor is essential.
• Data Centre / Mission Critical experience highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Manage planning and delivery of electrical construction activities.
• Coordinate electrical contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Develop and manage construction programmes and resource requirements.
• Monitor installation, quality, costs and project timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, risks and delays.
• Coordinate with clients, engineering, commissioning and commercial teams.
• Lead project/site meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure works comply with health & safety and regulations.
• Support commissioning and project handover.
