Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Electrical Appointed Person / Energy Marshall to join our safety-focused team in Milan. You will lead electrical safety initiatives, coordinate energy isolation, and support critical data-center infrastructure projects with a focus on safe operation and maintenance.

The role requires strong communication, experience aligning programs with NFPA70E/NEC/OSHA, and a background in field engineering for mission-critical facilities. Interviews may be in person or virtual.

Qualifications

• Experience aligning electrical safety programs with NFPA70E, NEC, OSHA for data centers.
• Experience with control of hazardous energy in complex mission-critical facilities.
• Experience in industrial or commercial field engineering in mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Environmental, Health, and Safety teams to drive Operational Excellence in the Control of Hazardous Energy
• Review safety documentation and conduct audits to ensure safe conditions and practices throughout the energy program
• Support electrical infrastructure management throughout the data center campus
• Train new and existing employees in defined Energy Isolation process and procedure
• Work with construction and commissioning teams to ensure safe working conditions to properly test and validate installation, operation, and performance of MEP systems
