Ramboll Group is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Consultant in Milan or Rome, Italy to support Environmental, Health and Safety due diligence and compliance projects for private equity and corporate clients. You will work with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to assess EHS risks, conduct audits, and advise across MA lifecycles.

The role requires strong knowledge of Italian EHS regulations, 5+ years in EHS consulting, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional EHS consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Italian environmental and occupational health safety legislation (e.g., DL 152/2006; DL 81/2008).
• Experience in EHS due diligence within MA or transaction advisory.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Conduct EHS due diligence assessments for mergers, acquisitions, divestments and financing transactions.
• Perform EHS compliance audits and site assessments across facilities.
• Review environmental permitting and regulatory obligations and management systems.
• Evaluate occupational health and safety programs, risk assessments and contractor management.
• Prepare high-quality reports and client deliverables in Italian and English.
