Live Story srl is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join their Tech team in Italy. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to create intuitive, user-centered experiences on their no-code platform. Designers will collaborate with product managers and engineers, focus on user research, and contribute to the evolution of their design system.

Applicants should have 2-4 years of experience in digital design, especially in product and UX/UI design.

What you will do:

Design intuitive, scalable and engaging user experiences across the Live Story platform.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces that solve real user and business challenges.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Transform complex workflows into simple, elegant and user-friendly solutions.

Contribute to the evolution and governance of our design system, ensuring consistency across products and features.

Conduct user research, usability testing and design validation activities to continuously improve the user experience.

Present and communicate design concepts, rationale and trade-offs to internal teams and stakeholders.

Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and measure success.

Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance productivity and innovation.

Role & Responsibilities:

2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related digital design roles.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and end-to-end product design processes.

Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.

Experience designing for web and responsive platforms, with mobile experience considered a plus.

Ability to translate business requirements, user insights and data into intuitive digital experiences.

Strong visual design, interaction design and information architecture skills.

Experience creating, maintaining and evolving design systems.

Strong English presentation, verbal communication and written communication skills.

A proactive mindset, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Curiosity for emerging technologies and experience leveraging AI tools within design workflows.

Additional Provisions:

Experience working in SaaS, CMS, MarTech or content-related products.

Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing practices.

Experience designing data-rich interfaces and dashboards.

Basic understanding of front-end technologies and implementation constraints.

Experience collaborating within agile product teams.
