Job summary

Ergomed Group, through its PrimeVigilance division, seeks an experienced ICSR Management Unit lead in Italy to oversee staff, ensure productivity, and allocate resources across projects.

The role requires extensive pharmacovigilance leadership, post‑marketing processing expertise, budgeting support, and collaboration with HR, Quality and Operations to maintain high safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing including post marketing, clinical, and ideally medical devices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior level.
• Life science or healthcare qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned ICSR Management Unit to achieve productivity targets.
• Ensure adequate resources and oversee staff performance and utilization.
• Prepare analyses and reports; support budgeting and contracting activities.
