PrimeVigilance Ltd. is seeking an experienced leader to manage the ICSR Management Unit in Italy. The role drives staff performance, budgets and allocation of resources across multiple pharmacovigilance projects, ensuring high quality post‑marketing and clinical processing.

You will mentor senior staff, support contracts and proposals, and partner with HR for recruitment and performance reviews, while upholding patient safety as a core value.

Competenze

• Life science graduate or healthcare qualification with pharmacovigilance experience.
• Extensive leadership experience at a senior level in pharmacovigilance.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Manage the ICSR Management Unit and ensure delivery of unit activities.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and staffing for assigned projects.
• Set productivity targets and reallocate resources to maximise output.
• Support contract development, proposals, and business development activities.
• Train and mentor ICSR Line Managers and senior staff.
