PrimeVigilance is seeking an experienced ICSR Management Lead to oversee the ICSR Management Unit, ensuring delivery of all unit activities and coordinating with Directors of Projects. Strong post-marketing, clinical processing and staff management experience are essential.

You will drive resource planning, budgeting, and process improvements across the team, mentor line managers, and support cross-functional partners to maintain high quality of safety data handling in a global pharmacovigilance

Competenze

• Life science degree or similar healthcare qualification; pharmacovigilance experience is a plus.
• Extensive pharmacovigilance case processing experience including post-marketing and clinical processing.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience within pharmacovigilance or PV operations.

Mansioni

• Manage the assigned ICSR Management Unit effectively.
• Ensure adequate resources within ICSR project teams to maximise productivity.
• Set productivity targets and review updates for ongoing projects.
• Reallocate resources based on reports and analyses to optimise performance.
• Oversee Associate Directors and staff to ensure optimal utilization and output.
• Coordinate with Resourcing to obtain additional resources when needed.
• Suggest changes to project team processes to PV leadership.
• Train and mentor ICSR Line Managers and senior staff.
• Prepare analyses and reports for senior management.
• Review budgets and allocations for new projects and scope changes.
