Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director Analyst in Cyber GRC Tools and Technology to lead research and deliver must-have insights for global clients. You will shape market perspectives, speak at events, and guide cross-functional teams to drive client success with robust cybersecurity governance content.

You will influence Gartner’s research agenda, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate across regions to deliver impactful, market-leading analyses, with travel up to 25% where needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Cyber GRC, Information Security, or Enterprise Risk Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep familiarity with the market for Cyber GRC tools and the key vendors.
• Led projects to select a Cyber GRC platform and guided implementation, customization, and integration.
• Executive presence and ability to collaborate across a multicultural global team.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged insights content.
• Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and provide actionable approaches to clients’ needs.
• Develop in-depth analysis to identify root causes and reframe strategy forward.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in Insights positions across a team of analysts.
• Provide clients and vendors with actionable insights through Gartner events and meetings.
