Job summary

Talan Spain is hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join a global SOC responsible for protecting environments and supporting international clients. The role is hands-on, focusing on threat detection, incident response and security improvements.

You will monitor and investigate security alerts, work with client environments across Azure, AWS and on‑premise tools, and contribute to security reports and knowledge bases. Remote within Europe is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity or Security Operations.
• SOC experience with alert triage and incident investigation.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM and EDR technologies.
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint or CrowdStrike.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage and investigate security alerts across SIEM, EDR, Microsoft Security and cloud environments.
• Investigate threats and determine remediation actions.
• Analyze logs from Windows, Linux, databases, apps, web servers and network systems.
• Prepare security reports, incident summaries and technical findings for clients.
• Work with Incident Response teams to contain and resolve threats.
