UNDP Careers in Rome seeks a Project Specialist – Digital Development to coordinate the Italy–Africa Digital Flagship Programme across countries, engaging with UNDP Country Offices, MAECI, Italian partners and donors to ensure timely and coherent delivery.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, risk management, and knowledge sharing, with oversight of proposals, reporting, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to advance digital development and governance.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in International Development or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in programme and project management.
• Experience coordinating multi-country programmes with donors and partners.
• Fluency in English; Italian and French are assets.

• Provide strategic leadership and coordination across programme components and countries to ensure coherence with UNDP priorities.
• Engage with UNDP Country Offices, MAECI, Italian partners, and donors to ensure timely delivery and donor compliance.
