Renesas Electronics is seeking a Snr Staff Digital Design Engineer with a BSc/MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering and 8–12 years of industry experience to lead digital design efforts in power management ICs. You will develop, verify, and optimize designs in a pre/post-silicon environment and mentor junior engineers.

The role involves design automation scripting, tool flow evaluation with Cadence or Synopsys, and collaboration across design blocks to deliver robust architectures.

Competenze

• BSc/MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 8-12 years industry experience.
• Experience in CDC/RDC/LINT clean designs.
• Proficient in developing designs in Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Debugging mixed-signal designs in SystemVerilog test benches.
• Experience with industry standard serial interfaces (I2C, I3C, SPI, I2S).
• Strong analytical skills and debug methodology.
• Good written and verbal communications.
• Hands-on leadership role delivering successful projects.
• Experience with Cadence or Synopsys design tool flows.

• Develop, debug, and verify digital designs in pre and post silicon environment
