Job summary

Leaf Space S.r.l. in Lomazzo (Como), Italy, is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design and improve CI/CD pipelines, secure cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, and support ground‑segment software across the stack.

This hands‑on role spans development, operations and security in a mission‑critical, regulatorily‑bound environment. You will collaborate with embedded software teams, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible, harden containers, and establish observability.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years in DevOps, SRE, platform, security, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling and secure pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security checks.
• Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Secure containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) and perform image hardening.
• Support compliance and audit readiness for frameworks like NIS2 and ISO 27001.
