Hashlist is seeking a Senior DevOps / MLOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable, secure platforms for data engineering, ML, and AI workloads in production. The role is based in Turin with hybrid work and ASAP start.

You will design and operate DevOps and ML platforms, build CI/CD templates, automate ML lifecycles, manage Kubernetes and cloud infra, and uphold security and IaC standards, collaborating across teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in DevOps / Platform Engineering.
• Strong AWS experience: EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3.
• Kubernetes and Terraform expertise.
• CI/CD experience: GitLab, GitHub Actions.
• Python scripting; ML ops knowledge (preferred).

Mansioni

• Design and operate DevOps and MLOps platforms.

• Automate ML lifecycle from training to deployment and monitoring.
• Manage Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Enforce security, compliance, and IaC standards.
