Digital Pills in Italy is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end client projects, from scoping to production deployment of ML and AI solutions. You will mentor junior data scientists, collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams, and translate complex models into clear business narratives for senior stakeholders.

Strong Python, ML frameworks, and SQL skills are required, with hands-on experience in productionization, model monitoring and A/B testing.

Competenze

• 8+ years in data science, ML or applied analytics with 2+ years in a senior role and technical ownership of projects
• Experience shipping models to production with measurable business impact
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and estimates

Mansioni

• Design, develop and validate ML/AI solutions (classical ML, applied AI, LLM-based) and bring them to production
• Own 2-3 client projects end-to-end in parallel and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to training roadmap
• Translate technical work into narratives for non-technical stakeholders
• Support pre-sales scoping with Data Engineering and Analytics teams
