Job summary

team.blue is building a centralized data ecosystem to power BI, analytics, and AI initiatives across 60+ brands. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will own data infrastructure, design scalable data products, and drive governance and quality across a diverse data landscape.

You will collaborate with Analytics, ML, and AI teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, mentor junior engineers, and optimize platform performance at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.
• Track record deploying high-performance data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize our data infrastructure (Databricks, Airflow, dbt, GitLab, AWS).
• Design and deliver scalable data products as the single source of truth across 60+ brands.
• Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines for high-volume data with low latency.
• Lead secure, cost-efficient data architectures and governance practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices in data engineering and collaboration.
