Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking an experienced Cyber/Tech PI Underwriter or Broker in Milan. The role combines deep underwriting expertise with strong business acumen to drive profitable growth for our Cyber portfolio.

You will lead underwriting, manage complex risks, and collaborate across claims, actuarial, and leadership to shape strategy. The position offers hybrid work with exposure to international markets and brokers.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Cyber and/or Tech PI Underwriter or Broker with strong market contacts.
• Deep understanding of Cyber & Tech PI exposures and related coverages.
• Strong technical underwriting skills aligned with risk quality and governance.

Mansioni

• Lead and execute the Cyber underwriting plan with pricing discipline and portfolio optimisation.
• Underwrite complex Cyber / Tech PI risks in line with appetite and pricing frameworks.
• Use data and market insights to inform decisions and support product innovation.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and customers as primary contact for Cyber & Tech PI.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape underwriting strategy and drive performance.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to colleagues, fostering a learning culture.
• Coordinate with claims, actuarial, portfolio management and other stakeholders.
