Qualifications

• 7+ years of cyber security leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead SOC and cyber defense teams.
• Experience in regulated customer-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Operations and Cyber Defense activities across the organization.
• Oversee end-to-end detection, investigation, containment, and recovery of cyber incidents.
• Drive the evolution of security monitoring and automation capabilities to improve operational effectiveness and cyber resilience.
• Establish and maintain a risk-based CTEM program to proactively identify and reduce security exposure.
• Manage SOC services, ensuring coverage, service quality and readiness.
• Collaborate with Technology, Digital, Data and Product teams locally and at Group level.
• Support executive reporting and decision-making with cyber risk metrics.
