Sky Italia Srl is looking for a Senior Cyber Defence Manager to lead the organization’s security operations and protect critical services. You will guide the cyber defense program across Sky Italy and ensure resilient operations in a dynamic, regulated environment.

You’ll coordinate incident response, threat detection, and security improvements while partnering with Technology, Digital, Data, and Product teams, and reporting to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Led Cyber Security Operations or SOC teams.
• Experience managing complex security programs and vendors.
• Experience communicating cyber risks to executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead Security Operations and Cyber Defense across the organization.
• Oversee end-to-end detection, investigation, containment, and recovery for incidents.
• Evolve security monitoring and automation to improve resilience.
• Establish a risk-based Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) program to reduce exposure.
• Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) services and ensure coverage and readiness.
• Collaborate with Technology, Digital, Data and Product teams locally and Group level.
• Report cyber risk and security metrics to executives.
