Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5-8 years of legal experience in law firm and in-house roles.
• Experience in tech, automotive, mobility or robotics sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance to the organization and partner teams.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including supplier contracts and software licenses.
• Manage compliance programs related to data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and corporate governance.
• Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory matters and standards.
• Standardize legal operations within a high-growth environment.
