Würth IT Italy in Bolzano is seeking a Senior Controller to act as a trusted business partner, turning complex financial data into clear insights. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-based controlling in collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.

The role offers international project exposure, a flexible work arrangement including remote options, and a compensation package with performance bonuses. You will enhance data quality and reporting processes to drive value.

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Controlling with accounting knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Independent, structured, results-oriented, with responsibility taking.
• Fluency in Italian, very good German and English.

Mansioni

• Act as a trusted business partner to management on financial and operational matters.
• Develop and optimize management reports, KPIs, and controlling tools.
• Perform cost, profitability and ad-hoc analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning with business leaders.
• Analyze monthly and annual results, compare plan vs. actuals, track drivers.
• Improve data quality, reporting transparency and processes for decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance, project controlling and international teams to harmonize standards.
• Support digitalization and automation of reporting and controlling processes.
