zeb consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to support leading local and international insurance clients on strategic plans, service-model concepts, and go-to-market redesign in Italy and Europe.

You will review strategies, develop alternatives, and implement forward-looking concepts, while analyzing client needs and delivering results in a structured, client-centric manner. You will take early ownership of work packages and contribute to recruiting and innovation initiatives.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of professional experience with a consulting company focused on the insurance industry
• Fluent in English and Italian; German a plus
• Excellent university degree (MBA, Master’s, or doctorate)

Your tasks:

• As a Senior Consultant you will support the leading local and international insurance companies on different and challenges topics like: strategic plans, conceptualization and implementation of new service models, improvement of the products portfolio, re-design of the go-to-market strategy.
• You review strategies, develop alternatives and implement forward-looking concepts.
• You analyze client needs and prepare your results in a structured, clear and comprehensible manner.
• By taking on responsibility for your own work packages at an early stage you contribute to the success of the project as well as your own.
• Aside from your project work, you also commit to zeb by providing speeches and articles for example in recruiting or innovation management.

Your skills:

• Excellent university degree (MBA, Master's degree or doctorate).
• After your degree you have gained 2-3 years of professional experience with a consulting company focused on the insurance industry.
• You are analytically strong, possess excellent structuring skills and combine strategic thinking with a high level of implementation expertise.
• In project teams, you are inquisitive, a team player, have a convincing manner, act in a client-centric manner and think strategically and creatively.
• You are fluent in English and Italian, other languages (preferably German) are a plus.
