zeb consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to support leading local and international insurance clients on strategic plans, service-model concepts, and go-to-market redesign in Italy and Europe.

You will review strategies, develop alternatives, and implement forward-looking concepts, while analyzing client needs and delivering results in a structured, client-centric manner. You will take early ownership of work packages and contribute to recruiting and innovation initiatives.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of professional experience with a consulting company focused on the insurance industry
• Fluent in English and Italian; German a plus
• Excellent university degree (MBA, Master’s, or doctorate)

Mansioni

• Support leading local and international insurance companies on topics like strategic plans, new service models, and go-to-market redesign.
• Review strategies, develop alternatives, and implement forward-looking concepts.
• Analyze client needs and present results in a structured, clear, and comprehensible manner.
• Take on responsibility for work packages at an early stage to contribute to project success and personal growth.
