zeb is a leading strategy, management and IT consultancy in Europe, focusing on financial services. You will be part of the zeb financial services division in Milan, assigned to projects aimed at improving client performance, reviewing strategies and developing forward-looking concepts.

You will analyze client needs, prepare results in a structured, clear manner, and work with a senior team to grow professionally.

Competenze

• Excellent university degree (MBA, Master’s degree or doctorate).
• Up to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or financial services.
• Analytical, with strong structuring and implementation capabilities.
• Team oriented, client-centric mindset with strategic and creative thinking.
• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.

• Review strategies and develop alternatives for client projects.
• Prepare results in a structured, clear format for stakeholders.
