zeb is a leading strategy, management and IT consultancy specializing in financial services in Europe. The Senior Consultant will support local and international insurance clients on strategic topics, develop forward-looking concepts, and analyze client needs with clear, structured results.

You will take ownership of work packages early in projects and contribute to zeb through speeches and articles for recruiting or innovation management, while collaborating in a client-centric, innovative team.

Qualifications

• University degree required (MBA, Master's, or Doctorate).
• 2–3 years of consulting experience in the insurance industry.
• Analytical and structuring skills with strategic and implementation capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.

Your tasks:

• As a Senior Consultant you will support the leading local and international insurance companies on different and challenges topics like: strategic plans, conceptualization and implementation of new service models, improvement of the products portfolio, re-design of the go-to-market strategy.
• You review strategies, develop alternatives and implement forward-looking concepts.
• You analyze client needs and prepare your results in a structured, clear and comprehensible manner.
• By taking on responsibility for your own work packages at an early stage you contribute to the success of the project as well as your own.
• Aside from your project work, you also commit to zeb by providing speeches and articles for example in recruiting or innovation management.

Your skills:

• Excellent university degree (MBA, Master's degree or doctorate).
• After your degree you have gained 2-3 years of professional experience with a consulting company focused on the insurance industry.
• You are analytically strong, possess excellent structuring skills and combine strategic thinking with a high level of implementation expertise.
• In project teams, you are inquisitive, a team player, have a convincing manner, act in a client‑centric manner and think strategically and creatively.
• You are fluent in English and Italian, other languages (preferably German) are a plus.
