AMCO | CPM Partners is seeking a CPM Consultant to join the Italian team and deliver CPM and Finance Transformation projects for leading organizations. You will work with Finance, Controlling and IT stakeholders to design, implement and improve CPM solutions, contributing to planning, consolidation, reporting and broader finance initiatives.

Competenze

• Solid experience in CPM, finance transformation, or financial systems implementation in consulting or corporate environments.
• Strong expertise in consolidation, reporting, and finance processes.
• Experience with CPM technologies and sustainability reporting frameworks is a plus.
• Comfort communicating with CFOs and senior stakeholders; delivery mindset.

Your role

We are looking for a CPM Consultant / Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant to join our Italian team and support the delivery of CPM and Finance Transformation projects for leading organizations.

In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Controlling and IT stakeholders to design, implement and improve CPM solutions, contributing to planning, consolidation, reporting and broader finance transformation initiatives.

What you will do

• Support the delivery of CCH Tagetik implementation projects, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing and go-live
• Work with clients to understand their finance, controlling, planning, consolidation and reporting processes for financial & non-financial data
• Translate business requirements into eAective CPM solutions, collaborating with both functional and technical teams
• Contribute to workshops, design sessions, documentation, user training and project governance activities
• Support clients during testing, data validation, issue resolution and post go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with the AMCO | CPM Partners team to share knowledge, improve delivery methodologies and contribute to the growth of the Italian practice
• Depending on your seniority, coordinate project streams, manage client relationships and support junior consultants

Who you are

• You bring solid experience in CPM, finance transformation, or financial systems implementation within consulting or corporate environments
• You have strong expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, finance processes, and sustainability reporting processes, combined with a good understanding of CPM technologies
• Experience with CCH® Tagetik ESG & Sustainability Performance Management and knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks is a plus
• You are comfortable working directly with CFOs and senior stakeholders and know how to communicate with confidence and credibility
• You combine strong project management skills with a hands-on, delivery oriented mindset
• You are fluent in English, and enjoy working in international environments

Compensation (EU/EFTA roles only)

The base gross annual salary range for this role is EUR 32'000 – EUR 56'000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package includes an annual bonus and other benefits.
