Job summary

Linesightis seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality. You will coordinate with client teams, consultants, and contractors on snagging, schedules, and handover.

The role requires a civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background, 7+ years in complex (MEP-heavy) projects, knowledge of CSA and local codes, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large, complex construction projects (MEP-heavy)
• Ideally in international settings with awareness of cultural considerations
• Certified in project management (PMP) or actively pursuing it
• Familiar with CSA, local codes, AHJ processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale construction projects ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high quality
• Monitor field activities, track issues, and ensure proper reporting
• Oversee handover planning and documentation to meet expectations
• Lead meetings, coordinate client, consultant, and contractor teams
• Identify issues early and drive proactive resolution and improvements
