Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC). You will lead facilities planning, real estate, and master planning projects for DoD and government facilities, ensuring compliance with DoD, Navy criteria, and industry codes and standards.

This role requires a strong planning background with at least ten years of experience, the ability to read, write, and speak fluent English, and the ability to obtain

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Planning, Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited college.
• Minimum ten (10) years of professional, code-compliant facilities planning experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English (CEFR C1 preferred).
• Must successfully pass security background investigations.

Mansioni

• Lead facilities planning, real estate actions, and master planning for DoD and government facilities.
• Develop planning solutions for multi-disciplinary and construction projects.
• Apply planning criteria, guide specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
• Evaluate architectural and engineering impacts on master planning and land-use decisions.
• Review and develop technical drawings, SOWs, and contract document changes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and host nation laws, codes, and requirements.
• Monitor projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Use GIS, Microsoft Office, design software, and DoD systems to support planning.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations for Government personnel.
