Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) for multi-disciplined projects. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure timely, cost-effective completion in compliance with technical and safety standards.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, professional certifications are a plus, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field from an accredited university.
• Professional licensure or certification (PE/RA/CCM/PMP/CFM) desirable but not required.
• CEFR C1 level English (minimum B2) preferred for clear communication.
• Knowledge of three phases of control and Construction Quality Management.
• Completion of EM 385-1-1 safety course (NAVFAC/USACE) within five years or 90 days after award.

Mansioni

• Apply construction concepts to multi-disciplinary projects, including design and supervision.
• Review specifications and statements of work for complex designs or changes.
• Manage schedules, budgets, cost loading, and earned value reporting.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Apply three phases of control and Construction Quality Management.
• Utilize Primavera or equivalent scheduling tools for critical path planning.
• Report progress to Government personnel in fluent English.
• Adhere to EM 385-1-1 safety requirements and host nation safety rules.
• Perform duties in extreme conditions and use fall protection equipment when required.

Formazione

Bachelor of Science in engineering / construction management / construction science / building construction

Professional licensure/certification desirable (PE / RA / CCM / PMP / CFM)

English reading/writing/speaking at CEFR C1 level (min B2)

Knowledge of Construction Quality Management (three phases)

USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification (within 5 years or 90 days)
