Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Engineer Technician to support the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC). You will oversee construction, maintenance, repair, and alteration projects while ensuring schedules, budgets, and technical requirements are met with strict safety adherence.

The role requires coordinating with government personnel, applying EM 385-1-1 and 29 CFR standards, and working in outdoor environments.

Competenze

• 3+ years of engineering technician/related DoD construction experience.
• Experience with Primavera or similar scheduling software.
• 40-hour EM 385-1-1 safety course completed (NAVFAC/USACE).
• Physically capable of outdoor work in extreme conditions and heights.
• Must pass required security background investigation.

Mansioni

• Monitor construction, maintenance, repair, and alteration projects to ensure on-time completion within schedule and budget.
• Review technical engineering specs and statements of work for complex designs.
• Apply knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental construction concepts.
• Utilize construction management skills to support project activities.
• Provide reports and presentations to Government personnel in fluent English.
• Adhere to EM 385-1-1 and 29 CFR safety requirements.
• Perform duties outdoors, including extreme heat/cold, confined spaces, and fall protection.
