Barilla, based in Parma, seeks a Consolidation Management Senior Analyst to lead governance of planning, closing, rolling forecast and budgeting across entities. You will coordinate data collection, validation and consolidation processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires 3-5 years in finance, degree in economics or related field, and fluent English. It is a full-time permanent position located at HQ in Parma with a competitive compensation package.

Competenze

• Experience in planning, closing, reporting and consolidation processes.
• Knowledge of corporate performance management and reporting systems (EPM tools).
• Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, BS, Cash Flow).
• Fluent English and ability to work in international environments.
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate activities to ensure timely execution and high data quality across reporting processes.
• Manage end-to-end data collection, validation and consolidation for Group cycles.
• Maintain cost allocation models and mapping logics within reporting structures.
• Ensure data quality and integrity for planning and management actuals across entities.
• Support alignment between management and statutory data for IFRS and group reporting.
